Dublin marathon. Started really well in first half. Felt in control but started to flag quickly. Had to really try to push myself to get to the line in under the 4 hours. Great to finally do it but it was very hard work. LAst couple of days went great sleeping/eating etc. Next time a little less training in a 2/3 shorter period and maybe a 22/23 training run added in. Same amount of long runs, maybe a couple of more to help get the distance out a bit better. 3:50 is doable, 3:30 with really good training run and when more sleep is possible when kids are older maybe!!!
