Notes & Comments

Amsterdam Marathon. Perfect weather conditions and an awsome finish in the Olimpic Stadium. Went off at the right pace but stuggled to settle and never felt comfortable all the way round. The last 10m were really hard work but manged to dip under my Paris time to get a pb so have to be pleased. Terrible splits though! Went through 13m in under 1:25 so slowed dramatically the second half. Definitly more to come off it I can get it right.
