Abingdon Marathon! These splits by Garmin, not markers, which gradually moved out to 2 mins ahead. Set off too fast again, and in the cold(?) quads were cramping from 5 miles - weird, never had this before. Didn't go away despite stretching so just pressed on. Splits tell the detailed story. Next time start slower.
Other points - fluids fine. Started carrying L Sport pouch, picked up 500ml L Sport @Fetchpoint (12M) then 330 at 12-13 mile station, and didn't drink much of final 330 at 21miles. 400mg Ibuporofen at T-20min, gel @10-11M and caffeine gel at about20-21.
