Run to the beat 1/2 marathon at Londonns 02,laboured at first as i was running the first couple of miles with Mig from work then left him and got into a steady pace, but it was warm and hilly especially between 5-6 miles.there was supposed to be alot of music but i dont think the event pulled it off, but good course and medal.
