Notes & Comments

Stirling 10k

Thought i'd maybe sneaked a 1 second PB then discovered my Strathaven time was actually 35.17 ouch. Went out hard, felt strong, then as ever found myself running the 2nd half on my own and let the pace slip a bit without anyone to hang on to. Still moving in the right direction after my 36 something in Paisley and a 5k split of 17.27 (2 seconds slower than my PB and about 15 seconds quicker than my recent Bella 5k time) almost in shape to smash 35, good race fast course, definitely do it again.
