struggled!! shins sore on first downhill, had nothing left in tank from half way and had to resort to a spot of walking (and a p in a hedge) ball of right foot very sore last couple of miles too. forgot to stop garmin at end and left jacket in changing rooom. Great day
not!! (fast 10th mile was mostly downhill and used fast turnover short strides - reached 5:30 pace!! not bad when your feet hurt and runnning on flat is feeling bloody hard work)
