"The Beast" Tough run in a lovely part of Dorset. The terrain was very hard work, with rocky paths and narrow footways. In the wet I think it would have been harder in road shoes, but got away with it as weather has been reasonable recently. Time includes a couple of pauses at bottlenecks crossing styles. Garmin was way off on distance (12.1), so put in official distance of 13 miles.
