Bit of a bottleneck start, muddy in places but overall a decent enough run -except for those at the front who got sent the wrong way and ended up lapping some of us later -I thought there was a loop to do twcie at the end but there wasn't -just a cock -up -didn't affect me though except for slowing down to allow fast runnersn to pass -Worsley trail race
