darlington 10k - liked the new start, better than the tight bends from last year. very hot aswel even at 10:30. really thought i might get a new pb here but got a stitch at 1k and it never shifted till after the race so i knew very early that a new pb wasnt happening so just tried to hang on as best i could. very disapointed with 26th place. 10 places and nearly 90 seconds off my time from last year. i just seem to be getting slower
