Heckington 10 mile race. Official time 1.17.59 - smashed previous PB by 7 min 56 secs. Really pleased as have been feeling slow lately - proved to myself I still have it there (just). Warm day, so appreciated the breeze. Garmin measured over 10 miles. Managed to overtake a man in the finishing straight and was surprised about that.....couldn't have maintained it for long as legs wouldn't work any faster !
