Notes & Comments

South Downs marathon. Beautiful and fabulous race. Must do again. Took it easy after Edinburgh, but RAN IT ALL. This is important! Ran in road shoes, good on chalk and trail. Wore cap, which worked well too - and can fit hair in ponytail - good dsicovery! Ankle that twisted at Edinburgh sore from about 17 miles, not so good. Felt ran well, didn't run out of steam and paced well. Garmin cut out about 21 mikes - splits will be wrong.
