Bristol 10k. Felt like a good run after injury probs: solid day in the offce, although would have liked to have gone faster of course!! Set off a tad too fast, but settled back into a steady pressing pace from 3k onwards - felt like I was finishing strongly and quickly (9/10 were fastest splits of race...), but slowed badly into wind 7-8k.
