Troon Tortoises 10k Road Race.
Took 5th place after a battle in last 2k with young eriterian laddie.Horrible conditions this time round so credit to marshalls for being out in the conditions for that amount of time.Took stomach cramps during the race which have never suffered from before.Apart from that felt good.Hard to get a breath when battling into the galeforce wind.
Got £50 & hopefully silver medal in the West District 10k C'ships.
