What a pile of crap.. can't believe I quit cycling and swimming to train "properly" for this half... what a waste of time... Only bothered finishing because of sponsorship money... Basically went anaerobic with HR up in the 190s for mile 6 and 7 and then had nothing left for the second half of the race. Didnt have the endurance training to run that pace for that distance.
