London Marathon <p>

Trod on a water bottle at about mile 5 and turned the ankle, had a shooting pain a few times in the achilles area, and was worried about making it round <p>

Struggled from mile 15, but kept going at about 9.30 pace cos I could see that a sub 4 was on the cards. The positive half of my brain wan the battle against the other half trying to get me to stop! <p>

The Showers were luvverly today! <p>
