Thorney 10k. Wanted 35:xx but dream was PB (35:14) Went out hard but comfortable was in 5th place at one point but at 6k was passed (by NVH who finished 4th) but held onto 6th place of 286. Really pleased with time and was only 8s off the prize for 5th place. Training for mara going really well and 2:45 is still a possibility. Loads of WJ PB's and although mine wasn't it's still 2nd best ever and fastest for almost 17 years:) UPDATE added splits. 17:29 at 5k is 3rd fastest 5k time ever.
