Cranleigh 21: Really pleased with this race. Managed to complete our planned target of 5 miles steady, 5 miles marathon pace (7:45-7:50 mmp), 5 miles steady and 5 miles marathon pace, with 1 mile spare at the end!!! Felt very tired after yesterdays race by mile 11 but still managed to keep going, managing most of the marathon paced miles faster than intended :-) Still had some left at the end as well. :-)
