Cranleigh 21: Really pleased with this race. Managed to complete our planned target of 5 miles steady, 5 miles marathon pace (7:45-7:50 mmp), 5 miles steady and 5 miles marathon pace, with 1 mile spare at the end!!! Felt very tired after yesterdays race by mile 11 but still managed to keep going, managing most of the marathon paced miles faster than intended
Still had some left at the end as well.
