Fabulous day and I ran one of my best ever 10k's. Did run on my own as Andrew felt his leg was still dodgy from last weeks Bath half. Ireland won the Grand Slam in Wales' back yard last night and I got to see all three matches after getting back from Mothers day deliveries about 2:00. Had 5 beers and a curry, so not the best preparation for a run but got up early this morning and had breakfast at 7:30. I was 248th out of 474.
