Breakfast: One oats packet and some pronutro.
Felt 'okay' going round, never felt mentally 'great'; didn't really feel like running. Physically was fine, never felt like I was pushing too hard except right at the end. Didn't check much to see if I was going to break 1:40 untill the 10 mile mark, and still at that point didnt think it was fully feasible. I never at any point did I push on my own, I just followed people.
