Fradley 10k. Not the ideal conditions but everything went right. Thought i would struggle to get 45 mins based on my 5 mile pb that i set last month. My 5 mile split for this was under 35 minutes which is over a minute quiker than my current 5 mile pb....so im very happy 
Was difficult to know what pace i was running at as i stupidly forgot to start my watch.
