Monthly position 6!!!

Wasn't expecting the hills, I thought it was going to be flat course!
Last 5 miles was difficult to run, knees felt difficult to move. Not sure if I hit any 'walls' but I just think my joints and musles were knackered from the hilly bits. Possible solutions would have been an Ibuprophen and 'maybe' food, but not certain about the lack of food.

Drank just under 1.5L from pack and 4 half cups of water.
Gels: 6 tried for every half hour
Jellybabies: 2 lots of 3 babies.
