BENFLEET 15 <p>

The 3 miles in the middle were very muddy, very slippy, a lot of it was at walking pace to avoid slipping over, but I still managed to fall over on a walking section!

Tried to stay under 9 minute miling coming back for the last 5 miles, just missed out on the last mile due to the wind being against!
