parkrun and a bit...
Warm up (to see how my hamstring felt - not 100% but better), Shorne Wood parkrun tempo (23:55 and 29th overall) and then some barcode scanning.
Hamstring felt better than Thursday evening but is still a little tight, easy couple of days to recover with some gentle stretching and icing.
Heart rate definitely much higher (173bpm), which is hardly surprising given both the heat and my fitness...
