Notes & Comments

What the Bee said :o)<br>
Tewkesbury Half, with a do-or-die attempt to run 7.20mm pace. I didn't "do" for long, but I didn't die either and am quite happy to have another sub-1.40 half-marathon to add to my CV. Unlike last week's race, I ran full throttle and my legs felt very strong right to the end. And enjoyed every step even though I knew I was working hard and wasn't going to take away a PB. Just missed the deluge!
