Friend not feeling great so went on my own and a great opportunity for a fetch mile! And rewarded with a brand new PeeeBeee

Felt a bit sickly and light headed when I stopped so chilled out for the rest of the run. Called at Tesco for a few things on way home tiki.

Oh and a couple of barefoot sections too.

That's a very good mile time, GG; certainly a lot quicker than my only ever measured mile - the official Fetch mile on Cardiff indoor track - I was younger then!
