Recovery run with the family
We ran with Artemis during the first km, then she sat in the stroller and mum pushed it for a while until I took over on the hill. Since I wasn't feeling great, I went back directly while they went on to a nice playground. I'm glad I got some km in but I need to rest.

Another one under the belt!
Thanks. It was a three generation run, my mum, my sis and her 5 year old daughter. She ran most of the first km with us, then she wanted to sit in the stroller and we took turns to push it. Pushing a stroller is hard work. I ran home sooner because I had a sore throat.
Sounds lovely! Well not the sore throat. I hope it goes away fast.
Thanks. I'm feeling better today. Maybe I can attempt the mile on Wednesday
