Nice one Mozzer! Do you have your MHR sat here at FE? I always like to look at the % of mhr to get a feel for the relative effort the activity was.

Thanks both. I measure my MHR on Garmin Connect, not sure why it doesnt show on here, I'll investigate! Just about to go on our holidays though, so it won't get done too soon!
You have to set it here by yourself, you do that in the settings and heart rate zones.
And if you want it to be somewhat useful, don't take garmins estimations, try do do your own "max test" and take that measure.
