Thanks both. I measure my MHR on Garmin Connect, not sure why it doesnt show on here, I'll investigate! Just about to go on our holidays though, so it won't get done too soon!

You have to set it here by yourself, you do that in the settings and heart rate zones.
And if you want it to be somewhat useful, don't take garmins estimations, try do do your own "max test" and take that measure. :)
