Thanks minardi, I did strain my neck looking out for Andy but didn't see him about. The sheep I did see were sunbathing.
Thanks GM, I realised once again time was tight. I hadn't allowed for running home with my cycle helmet, I had hoped to leave it with my cycle, but having said that it seems to be a habit in the 2nd half of a long run.
