Usual Friday weights session so......

Bench press* - Warm up sets then full weight sets at 29kgs. Reps 15/15/15
Leg extensions warm up weights then 22.5kg reps 15/15/15/15

Bent over rows (leaning on bench one arm at a time) 10kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15/15
Resistance band rear delt pulls with black band reps 15/15/15/15

Biceps curls 12kg curl bar reps 15/15/15/15
Two arm lying triceps extensions 8kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15/15

Press ups 10/10/10/10
Hamstring curls (using door anchor + black resistance band) reps 20/20/20/20

Finishing with...
Dumbbell calf raises 10kg dumbbells (+black resistance band) reps 30/30/30/30 and in the rest period between the calf raises...
Lat pull downs (black resistance band) reps 10/10/10

* Mr Ness had mislaid my wrist straps so I used his ones which are a bit big for my skinny wrists. He said my sets were OK considering that.
