Trying to work it out... some sort of speedy pyramid-type-thing? Looks nippy!
Yes one I pinched off Autumnleaves, 2x 3 minutes with 1.30 rest between, 3 x2 minutes with 1.00 rest between and 4 x 1 minute with just 30 seconds rest. Hard work but very enjoyable when you finish.
