Easy Effort Run
Slept ok. Felt tired when starting and legs a little tired again. Raining and murky!

Kept effort easy. Felt ploddy for most of the way. But it was easy.

Not sure if just tired or harbouring something which is why legs are tired. Will keep an eye.
