Woke up with high BG (9.2). Always means don't feel quite right. Was supposed to be 36 minutes Z3 pace (sub 8:30) but just got into a comfortable rhythm and concentrated on keeping to that. Paces weren't too far off and actually got a little quicker each mile. Did enjoy the run 😊
