Go away, wind, you're like a stuck record and I'm bored with you now. And you can take my right knee with you, I'm bored with it too.
Planned to do the loop round Blennerhasset, but turned back rather than wading through the standing water on the road to Fitz. Paused on Noble Croft (2.4 miles) for a long blether with Hairy Maclary and his Scottish human. Had been planning just to go home from there, but my right knee took a bit of time to loosen off and I decided I could cope with a loop round town to make it worth the bother. Bonus beagle encounter up near the fire station.
That nudges my acute training load back into Optimal.
