Intervals with club, but really not right for marathon training. Only about 100m diagonals x 4 x 4, then shuttle runs, maybe 50 m x 8. Did a bit of extra warm up and cool down otherwise would only have been 3 miles! Was a good session, and I think I did about right intensity, a bit hard in some, but no damage I don't think? Nice to see everyone including Norman, aged 85 or 86. Wow! And the rainbow LGBTQ saltire in the map of diagonals and perimeter looks cool! G
