Notes & Comments

Brighton 10k. Ran at a hard but comforatbel pace and felt good the whole way round, even though I did start feeling sick from about 9km, but managed to save the vomiting till after I had crossed the line!! Pleased with time and consistency considering lack of training over last 7 weeks. Even managed a negative split! (22.09/22.06). Really enjoyed the run and weather was perfect. New shoes were really comfortable too. Hopefully I can make some progress now with no more injuries for a while.
