Easy(ish) Run
Second run of the day (over 19 miles in total).

Legs were fairly tired to start so didn’t push the effort, but also decided not to hold back. Effort was basically upper end of easy for the majority of the run. Didn’t look at watch at all until back on the estate.

Legs didn’t get any more tired throughout. All good.
