Easy Effort Run
Slept a little better. Legs fine when starting.

Ran in Glideride v2 (least liked shoe) so felt heavy and ploddy throughout. Not very efficient in this shoe.

All easy effort.

Legs fine except for left calf. Just a couple of slight twinges in last couple of miles. Something to watch.
