Monday HIIT - Dirty 30.
8kg kettlebell (only decent weight left in the stash, should do what Raf did and increase reps with this lighter weight).....10 reps each of deadlift, press ups, upright row, squat, v sits, rocking crunch, shoulder press - squat hold to wait for everyone - 45 sec rest - repeat for a whole 30 dirty minutes - 2 min plank & stretch to finish. 😁
