Phoenix Day at the Movies (Marathon): 03:50:19 Pos: 5/26

Very pleased with this because it was the result of patience (not racing during the house move) and recovery (being careful with the training this month). Also, it was a very committed performance that was calculated and resulted in a 1:56/1:54 split.

I was strong from start to finish today and was hoping for a 3:57/3:58 so to come away just missing a 3:49 will do just fine thanks.
