Going to take a rest day Friday. Felt a bit after Wed that hip was aching a little. Gentle run Thu was fine, right calf or Achilles a bit and hip a bit but not bad. But think 3 consecutive is enough, Friday gym, then run again Sat and Sun. Hope will be OK. Nice day and nice run from the office - sunny and cold and muddy on the farm tracks. Good to get out. Always best part of the day! :-) G
