Ooh look, a mile with an 8 in it (just!). That felt really good. Almost like normal. Was wary at start but nothing from the hip, the calves a tiny bit tight. But that is now consecutive days, really hopeful will be OK now. Lovely day too 8C, sunny (though bit breezy and actually a tiny shower as I set off). No hat, gloves or jacket. Yay! Not feeling fast, or even particularly strong, but I'd take... stable, or safe/secure, to be honest! :-) G
