Adding on a couple to the 8 from last week, so 10 was the target, making a 25 ish mile week. Just about back at base! Feeling really sluggish, right calf or achilles a bit niggly, right hip didn't go throughout though, just achy, not full on twang, which is an improvement. Didn't feel like a great run, but 6 miles in started to feel a bit more cheerful!
