Ray had haircut in Stilton so decided to start from there and revisit the old A1 then bit of Orton Mere and Ferry Meadows to get some distance. Felt ok to start but after a while could feel the result of yesterdays workout and back & hamstrings were getting a bit sore. Pleased to have done it and pace about what I expected.
