Given my recent struggles with injury and/or illness and the resultant struggle to feel good on runs, I have decided to adopt a slightly different approach. I am going to try and concentrate on running with as low a HR as possible. Hoping that a less strenuous session will result in building distance and stamina but with a lower output.
Must say that this session worked with this approach. Felt easier and managed to get around a 5 mile course without stopping of feeling weak.
