Cyprus Challenge Day 3 - 1/2 Marathon

Started about 50mins before the race.
Uphill for the first 12kms then downhill for a few miles then an uphill downhill and finishing uphill.
Brutal course to try and run. I walked the uphill and jog walked the downhills.
Warm day, hr was really high just walking the hills!
