Swim: getting back to something... was no where the time/pace reported... cocked up my watch drills ..
Taking it very easy - technique practice - getting rid of s stupid 'banana shape i have developed in one side of my breathing...
lots of rotation/legs, long body drills
plus first exercise of any sort for two weeks after COVID
