MLR: Rundle 9 digit haul
After planning my route quite carefully, I managed to bag 9/10 of the digits, missed the 3 by just a few metres because I crossed the road too early. Meh - maybe tomorrow again? Felt great, even though a bit sluggish after the tempo run on Tuesday and the weights session yesterday. Happy with 130 HR avg. Aerobic conditioning is going well.
