Warm-up (included a mile beforehand). Then 10 mins of easy running. 6 x 2 mins @ 10k race pace with 2 mins recovery. Break.
Full part 2 was 7 x 1 mins hard with 2 mins recovery - but I only did 2 as I have a race on Sunday!
