Beginners 2 week 6
running the stadium loop again, this time with one new runners, Jan-Ulrich (I forgot the last name). They pushed the pace on the first km a bit so I slowed down for the others who shouldn't really go faster than 7:10-20. It got quite cold towards the end and the ground was freezing over. I'm glad everyone made it back safe and sound.
