Bodyweight routine:
Cat/cow stretches to get moving.
Donkey kicks - 10 each leg
Hip circles - 10 each leg (5 one way, 5 other)
Extended plank - 1 minute
Calf raises - 20
Single leg squats - 10 each leg
Single leg calf raises - 10 each leg
Crunches - 10
Mountain climbers - 1 minute
Repeated as a circuit 3 times
